The monkeys made sense; many species of apes and monkeys are adaptable to many climates and are similar to humans in terms of anatomy. TL;DR Does anybody here have any information about animals from different parts of the world successfully living in a totally different area? The giraffes did not.

Thanks to Chimpanzee Information for pointing this travesty out. It's a TLC show about humans that adopt monkeys and treat them as their children. And in some cases, monkey babies are more than pets: They are sons and daughters. They are not humans and it's not psychologically healthy for them to be treated that way.

With so much information on the Internet about how to raise an orphaned wild bird, how do you decide which advice to follow? On the left are healthy young wild birds, on the right are birds raised by well-meaning but unlicensed people who took their information from the internet. Like human babies, young birds are messy.

If you can recommend a reliable weather god, please pass the information on to me so I can make arrangements with him/her before my next visit here. If I had just this information to go by, I would assume the “Great Parrotbills” to be the name of a Doo-Wop-Band. Among all mammals, I think I like monkeys the least.

NASA had planned to irradiate 30 live squirrel monkeys in a misguided attempt to learn the effects of deep-space radiation. Because of your hard work, these monkeys will not be irradiated or otherwise abused.

The Telomere does not contain useful genetic information, but rater, acts as a buffer. In humans, adults (probably mainly mothers) do this thing called “motherese” which is talking in a way one would normally not talk to another adult, to a baby. Telomeres are repetitive sequences of genetic material sitting at the ends of genes.
