The plethora of approaches to the feral Cat problem is not an outcome of a diversity of great ideas; it is the ugly chimera of inappropriate compromise among biased and often poorly informed stakeholders. Fairy Pitta in Australia-a sad story

We don’t do social media, so rely on information from other birders by text or phone call. Sadly it had recently been killed and was lying in the garden bed beside the path. All indications are that it was a feral or domestic cat that had caused its demise. Then as we moved forward Grant spotted the Fairy Pitta.
