I do not (yet) have any accessibility issues, and my only experience regarding anything akin to accessibility has been limited to the period when my daughter was in a stroller, which presents only a tiny sliver of the challenges faced by many. Some access issues are addressed by federal law.

I wish for a federal law prohibiting domestic and feral cats from roaming free outdoors. Why is there no state or federal money available to care for federally protected species?

There is also text, distribution maps, a dark red bar “warning” about similar looking rare species, and conservation symbols. So, how do you find the species account for Kestrel if falcons are not placed between woodpeckers and parakeet?

There is no need for infants to be raised on cow's milk formulas. Sadly, Gillette's experience is not unique. Never mind that the bulk of the fat in Starbucks's beverages comes from the milk -- yes, milk ! -- of another species. When breast-feeding is not possible, commercial soy formulas are nutritionally adequate.
