Bird Litigation: Wind Turbine Near Ottawa NWR

The American Bird Conservancy (ABC) and Black Swamp Bird Observatory (BSBO) recently filed a lawsuit against the federal government arguing that a planned wind turbine near the famed birding hotspot of Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge is illegal. There are nesting Bald Eagles in the area as well. And they want their attorneys fees.
