Keep finding decapitated mice/rats under car

Birds seem to be mostly some kind of common looking grayish speckled yard birds that I don't know what they are. Idk, generic store brand bird lol. Ocassional robins, sparrows, crows. I'm not out in the country either (despite the wildlife.) Maybe some kind of grackle? Oh and a turkey one time.
