There's a stray dog problem in San Luis Rio Colorado, Mexico. Clearly, there's no spay/neuter program in this place. But there are animal rights activists in Mexico that will hopefully take notice and try to establish some kind of long-term and humane solution. The solution? Sarcasm there of course.

Caring for the homeless cat population in Los Angeles, FixNation , offers free spay and neuter services to caregivers of community cats. The group, founded in 2007, also provides a free, full-time spay and neuter clinic for homeless stray and feral cats, plus low-cost, spay and neuter services for tame pet cats.
