Well, one reason might be – this animal is not only endangered, but even rarer than the Tiger! (Nitin will stay for a few more days and get his close-ups of Tigers.)

And here in Europe, they are the real deal, an indigenous species and not domesticated animals gone wild. The only wildcat I found was illegally killed by hunters during closed season. These handsome finches breed in the far north of Europe and come here for the winter only.
