Keep finding decapitated mice/rats under car

Idk, generic store brand bird lol. I'm not out in the country either (despite the wildlife.) I've heard someone saw some coyotes about a year ago but I haven't seen or heard them. Birds seem to be mostly some kind of common looking grayish speckled yard birds that I don't know what they are. Maybe some kind of grackle?
