In the most of Europe, Brown Bear is a mythical creature that lives only in mediaeval tapestries and folk tales. In the European Union there are only 10,000 mature bears (source: IUCN). Not much further, on the new tarmac that ends 6 km before the Gramos village, we find muddy bear footprints crossing the road.

If you put some animals (both wild and domestic) on an island and left them there to roam free and we come back after a few years who would survive. Would suprisngly rodents and small animals. The ones who would last until the very end would be lions , tigers bears, eagles and wolves. In my opinion dogs would be the first to go.

He also had tigers, cougars, and some other animals. I new him because we enlisted his Dryfus Lion and one of his tigers to carry out experiments with bones (this is something archaeologists do). I find it astonishing that people argue of whether feral cats are bad for birds in North America. That was one of his cats.
