For me, the focus on culture and tradition is basically an excuse for "anything goes" when it comes to animals. I wonder how much they learn about the animals other cultures eat. (In Any other factories on the agenda? But I bet anything doesn't go. Are the kids cooking monkey, cat, dog, alligator or turtle?

We eat animals, and the CAFO system is an evil, filthy, cruel one, but it doesn't have to be that way.
