For me, the focus on culture and tradition is basically an excuse for "anything goes" when it comes to animals. I wonder how much they learn about the animals other cultures eat. (In Any other factories on the agenda? But I bet anything doesn't go. Are the kids cooking monkey, cat, dog, alligator or turtle?
