We have a simple solution to raise more money for the National Wildlife Refuge System. This means that only 11% of hunters buy the Duck Stamp raising approximately $25 million a year. If only 11% of wildlife watchers bought the Wildlife Conservation Stamp at the same price of $15, it would raise over $117 million a year. .

Create a second fund-raising stamp for wildlife watchers. A new stamp that establishes an unambiguous revenue stream for our National Wildlife Refuges while resonating with the values and ethics of the non-hunting community. We have a very simple solution.

It has absolutely nothing to do with any genuine environmentalist ethic. And not all organizations that advocate for animals claim to have a "genuine environmentalist ethic," and the ones that do must subscribe to his ethic or they're not genuine? Like I said, the entire animal rights "ethic" is both cynical and dishonest.
