So my friends have 3 dogs in a small home but with a good sized backyard. They love there dogs and are amazing owners. The plan was to keep him but they ended up finding his owners and giving him back was very emotional. Apparently the owners have multiple dogs and let them roam around the neighborhood wherever they want.
