Keep finding decapitated mice/rats under car

5 or 6 times over the last year I have found decapitated or otherwise "dissassembled" mice or small rats near or under my car. I've heard someone saw some coyotes about a year ago but I haven't seen or heard them. I moved into this house about a year ago. And I have found one small dead garden snake in the street.

Owls, the debait

She got out and began taking photos and quickly realized that the owl was being baited with white mice. But as she stayed and mice were being tossed out, she decided it wasn’t for her, and she left the birds, and the group. I question the release of non-native mice into the wild. My own take on that mirrors it.
