Today when I was leaving work I found a baby bird. Somebody knows what species the bird is? I'm from Paraguay, so there is'nt a place for these little animals care, only veterinarians. Hello, how are you Reddit people? I would like some advice, what could I do with it? Please help ?

On the northern birding calendar, October is a time for sparrows, cool weather, and tired fall leaves. In Costa Rica, the tenth month is when birds pass through in droves. but there are other birds, many stopping to stay, many others moving to South America. In Costa Rica, a lot of those birds fly right overhead.

Given the scavenger feeding habits of the Turkey Vultures , the small mammals and birds that are on the menu for the Zone-tailed hawks are lulled into complacency by the lack of threat from the vultures. The tail bands on the adult birds consist of three bands with the third, or lower band much wider and cleaner white.

This first encounter was during a bird of prey exhibition at Leeds Castle, so the information was forthcoming from the commentary, but the chances of ever seeing one in the wild seemed remote. We pulled over to see two birds legging it through a roadside pasture chasing down insects that make up much of their diet.
