A housecat in Buenos Aires got its start in Africa, a sheep in Australia to the Middle East, a chicken in Ireland can trace its origin to the jungles of Asia. Part of the world they wanted to transport was natural. We don’t have monkeys, or wildebeest, or salmon here.

He passively supports BirdLife in the Netherlands and South Africa and actively in Portugal as treasurer of SPEA – Sociedade Portuguesa para o Estudo das Aves. So, with “Birds of East Africa” packed in with the clean undies the most recent trip went to Uganda. and pre-arranged transport at the landing took me back to Entebbe airport.
