This story happend couple of years ago, mid 2019 I believe. The other option would be to kill the hedgehog if the risk that he would have to endure to much pain would have been too big. He was looking at me like “ what are you doing here human? It was an extraordinary hot summer. They are just so relaxed. So adorable.
