But I only rehabbed birds, so I had to do research and call my mammal rehabber friends. Your last post for 10,000 birds was in 2017. I come from a family where the worse the situation, the faster and more furiously the wisecracks fly, so I suppose I’m hardwired to look for humor. Are you still rehabbing birds?

Describing gull plumage is a combination of science, graphic art, and visual metaphor. So, we start with Dolphin Gull and end with Red-Legged Kittiwake, a totally different sequence from the 2017 eBird listings. I suppose this works with such a small family, but it made my librarian brain ache just a little bit.
