The petition relied on a genetic and ecological analysis by Dr. Robert Zink, a biologist at the University of Nebraska (the “ Zink study ”).

Moreover, it contributes to science (and economics ) and the price is right. I don’t think I have added any new species, but I did add Alaska, Kansas, and Oklahoma to the group state list.
