In fact, we saw two species of monkey, our only sloths, lots of coatis, and my rarest ever mammal sighting—a Jaguarundi —right on site. Yes, that’s Panama City to the right. TRANSPORTATION. Seriously, Panama raises the art of under-communication to new, deplorable heights. Howler Monkey. Great Egret.

Below are a few suggestions of sites within the city that can easily be reached using public transport. There is no transport inside the park and all travel must be on foot. Look out for the Howler Monkeys too. At the furthest reach of the garden, a boardwalk has been built to raise visitors above the forest floor.
