So one of the roommates cleans the shared cat litter box about once every week or whenever he decides to. His cat has been having accidents all over the house since she refuses to pee in the very dirty litter box rightfully so. She begs to be let in my room and goes straight to my cats litter box since I keep it clean.

Failed to provide minimal enrichment for animals -- companionship for monkeys, balls for pigs, paper towels for mice -- to reduce emotional stress. Certainly a case to follow.
