We have a few pets living with us but I'm concerned about my roommates pets and I'm worried if they're being neglected and mistreated. So one of the roommates cleans the shared cat litter box about once every week or whenever he decides to. I live with 3 other ppl. He poops literal liquid poop only. What should I do?

Almost every single outdoor pet cat, feral cat, or stray kills other animals , no matter how well fed the cat is through other sources. But, one might ask, isn’t it virtually impossible to take a pet cat that is used to wandering freely out-of-doors and make it an indoor cat? Attention : They are your pets so pet them!
