She has a new book out (which I am reading right now) called One Good Dog. A feral kitten captured and neutered by a small non-profit, somewhat militant organization, was on display at our local Massachusetts Society Prevention of Cruelty Association branch, which often took these feral cats in the hope of finding homes for them.

Last month my husband and I were in the Bahamas on holiday when we spotted 2 tiny wild kittens. They sent someone over right away with 2 humane ‘catch cages’. They assured us that if we could catch the kittens, they would provide medical treatment, and either find a new home or keep them in their new cattery.
