Although I love dogs they're too dependent on humans, it's true that stray/feral dogs can form packs and survive in the wild a regular dog like a golden retriever would get eaten by a lion instantly. The ones who would last until the very end would be lions , tigers bears, eagles and wolves. Cats would be the next.

A True Mouse Anecdote -- does anyone have a similar story?

I have read that they "self domesticate" -- just like feral wolves will occasionally befriend humans, so apparently will mice. I even met a feral racoon at like 3 or 4 am. Like it was introducing itself.

During the filming of this production, I got to experience “dirt hawking&#. Take lions, wolves, hyenas to name a few. They have hunted together before, this pack of sky wolves. Dirt hawking is a form of falconry that involves hunting rabbits and other small game with Harris Hawks (other hawk species also qualify).

Feral Cats Are An Invasive Species in North America (and elsewhere)

I new him because we enlisted his Dryfus Lion and one of his tigers to carry out experiments with bones (this is something archaeologists do). I find it astonishing that people argue of whether feral cats are bad for birds in North America. How many wild birds are eaten by either feral Cats or “outdoor Cats?”
