In the spring, key staging and stopover areas include Patagonia, Argentina; eastern and northern Brazil; the southeast United States; the Virginia barrier islands; and Delaware Bay.

Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) has published a list of NWRs that have been created or expanded with Duck Stamp funds. Bombay Hook NWR (Delaware): 95.2%. And the U.S. In other words, virtually all of Santa Ana NWR was purchased with MBCF money.
