Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) has published a list of NWRs that have been created or expanded with Duck Stamp funds. Bombay Hook NWR (Delaware): 95.2%. John Heinz NWR (Pennsylvania): 8.1%. And the U.S. Desert NWR (Nevada): 0.0%.
