None of my neighbors have cats and I'm only aware of one dog owner blocks away. Lots of squirrels, chipmunks, deer, rabbits. And I could even see that being the case even with the lack of consumption as I've known cats that killed for sport but didn't eat the prey. or even this city for that matter.
