In The Last of Us video game, there are two scenes where they show exotic animals surviving in the North American climate. When I say animals, I was thinking more of large mammals (elephants, buffalo, cheetahs etc…) but other animals are welcome except for obviously domesticated ones. The giraffes did not.

The Bee-eaters of Africa

Madikwe; Paradise Restored

Madikwe may have been farmland once upon a time but these days it has been fully restored as an astonishing game reserve. It’s the only park I have ever been to that not only have I seen all five of the Big Five (Lion, Leopard, African Buffalo, White Rhino and African Elephant) in, but seen them all on the same day.
