The Trincity Sewage Ponds in Trinidad and Tobago are no exception. My visit to the best sewage ponds for birding on the island of Trinidad was on 19 July 2013. Phaetusa simplex is the only species in its genus and it seems very unlikely that it will be confused with another tern species.
