Similarly, descriptions of species repeated across volumes do not lose their accuracy with each publication. Other species are splits and lumped and have had their names changed. ALWAYS assume there is some other bird species in there that you have not found yet. Here is a flock of endangered species. Some birds breed in flocks, at least in part to avoid predation. In the case of these Tricolored Blackbirds , they are formed for DEFENSE. This is my flock of Laysan Albatross , on Midway Atoll.
