5K Run/Walk, Kid’s Fun Run and Adoption Celebration. The event will be held on Sunday, October 4th, 2009. Each year these groups combined, rescue and find homes for over 2,000 abandoned Southland dogs and cats, animals that most likely would otherwise have lost their lives. This means less dogs and cats can be saved.

The growing little human in the house was basically taught to stay far away from dogs and respect their space. We weren't planning to adopt another. And he's child friendly.
