Para Maria de los Tecolates is a California red wine blend from Stolpman Vineyards of Santa Barbara County, released every year since 2014. That comes from a Mexican Spanish word for “owl”, derived from Nahuatl, the language of the Aztecs, which is still spoken in central Mexico.
