To celebrate National Dog Day 2012, Best Friends Pet Care will be giving away free doggy ice cream treats to every dog who visits any Best Friends facility across the U.S. It honors dogs of all breeds — from working dogs to family pets — and encourage pet owners to do something special for their dog. on Saturday, August 25.

I begin 2012 with 284 birds on my Queens Life List , 478 birds on my ABA Life List , and 1,048 birds on my World Life List. Say’s Phoebe – A self-found rarity at Edgemere while accompanied by my family made my day back on 05 October 2014. Golden Eagle – Two weeks to the day after the Say’s Phoebe I was once again at Edgemere with my family and picked up a Golden Eagle flying past , a surprise bird for sure!

In fact, the last one was back on 15 May 2012 when my Queens list stood at 289 and I guessed what my next eleven birds would be that would get me to 300. 3 July 2010 31 October 2010 11 April 2011 15 May 2012.
