Midwest Veterinary Supply sentenced to one year probation, pays $11M for misbranded drugs

Minnesota-based drug company Midwest Veterinary Supply recently was sentenced to one year of probation and agreed to pay more than $11 million in criminal fines and forfeiture for unlawfully distributing more than $10 million in misbranded drugs from 2011-21.
