On May 5, 2010, I adopted a two-year-old poodle/terrier mix from our local shelter, Animal Allies. She came from another shelter as a stray, had been abused, was very skinny, and she was extremely shy and afraid of everyone. I’ve always felt that shelter animals are special animals, and I’m blessed to have found my Angel.

Baby was very excited about what was in her stocking and gifts, hopefully your pets were spoiled a bit too. Right before Christmas on December 23rd, orphan dogs and cats available for adoption visited the New York Stock Exchange to ring the closing bell and raise awareness for pet adoption! 1, 2010 and will end on Jan.
