The ordinance seeks forbid such activities from taking place, such as releasing a spayed feral cat within the city limits and feeding feral cats.

Most shelter animals are spayed or neutered, have been treated for worms, and have at least their first set of shots. We really enjoyed it, and have found ourselves using it as a reference when we have needed to replace items. Good for You: Adopting an orphaned animal keeps it from having to be euthanized.
