The other two neighbors that banned them are Kazakhstan and Belarus). Russia does have its own seal hunt, but apparently they banned killings of animals under one year old. Great news! But I'm not exactly sure why RUSSIA would ban them. Apparently, some claim about 90 percent of Canadian sales are to Russia.

When looking for gloves, hand warmers, any kind of out door gear for an unexpected weather issue, look for the big box store that has a hunting section–like a Fleet Farm. Hunting sections will always have gloves, wool socks, bug spray–all sorts of handy tools. I’m going to let you in on a pro tip.

After breeding they also disperse over the rainforests and savannas of West and Central Africa, where they hunt for aerial insects. The eastern form breeds as far away as Kazakhstan, through India and the Middle East into Egypt’s Nile Valley, and migrates southwards to East and South Africa.

I have a strong hunting instinct, and digiscoping gave me the satisfaction of bagging my quarry. There were frustrations, as my golden rule was that my clients should be able to look at the bird, or birds, through my scope before I attempted to take any photographs, but I did take many pictures that at the time I found pleasing.
