All need food, shelter, and medical care, so that they have the chance to be reunited with their original owners or adopted into caring, permanent homes. AC&C takes in all homeless pets, including the over 120 new animals on the streets every day. The animals are given shelter, vaccinated, medically evaluated, housed, and fed until they are reunited with their owners or adopted into loving homes.

We also assist the homeless population with the care and feeding of their pets by educating them on the requirements for inoculations and treatments they can give their pets. I didn’t want to imagine a place where tiny children lived on heavy medical equipment hanging on to life every moment.
