The Lesser White-fronted Goose is one of the most threatened waterfowl species of the Western Palearctic, with illegal killing being the most important threat globally. I counted them very roughly, but I do have a lot of experience estimating flocks. Stopping here and there to scope the mudbar…. I’ll play with my mobile phone.
