Or, even, many of them. Also, warmer conditions seem to attenuate avian influenza. So, what about wild birds?

Maybe it was a version of the Mississippi River, maybe it was a version of the Warren River, likely both. Every now and the the loosing Loon would disappear like it had been killed and sunk. In any event, by mid summer or so, the babies are not so small and more or less do OK on their own and hang around the nest.
