I told her that how woud she feel if her family wont care for hwr if she gets sick because its too much for them, and she says that this is different. The fungal infection, a result of allergic dermatitis, is improving, The catch is, she's ready to give up on the dog if nobody else steps in, even mentioning putting it down.
