Thanks to groups like Alley Cat Allies, outdoor and feral cats have become above the law. Enough hand-wringing, enough taking butchered birds to exhausted, emotionally drained wildlife rehabilitators. Human rights, property rights, and wildlife rights – all in one steel container.
