A funny, heart-warming video called “ SMILE ,” developed by “I’m Tired of” (ITo), the makers of the popular “I’m Tired of Animal Cruelty” bracelet, which raises money for animal rights and rescue charities, has reached viral levels. The “I’m Tired of” campaign is a labor of love for Hoffman and his sister, Carrie Pollare.

The essential point is that the ecosystems of New Zealand were unable to cope with mammals, the organisms lacked the ability to defend themselves from the very different problems posed by mammal predation. But opposition to its use can be understood if you oppose cruelty.

I also wanted you to know about the Who’s Your Good Dog Campaign. A feral kitten captured and neutered by a small non-profit, somewhat militant organization, was on display at our local Massachusetts Society Prevention of Cruelty Association branch, which often took these feral cats in the hope of finding homes for them.
