They are found in the Bahamas, Cuba, the Cayman Islands, Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, the Turks and Caicos, Antigua, Barbuda and Jamaica. But one man was listening to the calls of the whistle blowers -- calls of widespread wetland destruction, poaching, pesticides and destructive feral wildlife. They are also the rarest.
