Keep finding decapitated mice/rats under car

The rodent has been dismembered in some way, but it doesn't appear to have been eaten at all. We do have a possum and a raccoon that live somewhere on the property. I've heard someone saw some coyotes about a year ago but I haven't seen or heard them. Idk, generic store brand bird lol.
