National Audubon Society Birds of North America: A Guide Review

Interestingly, Chestnut-collared Longspur does appear under its brand-new official name, Thick-billed Longspur, though the description underneath uses the old name. Color-coded page headings denote bird groups, matched by color-coded bird silhouette icons located midway down the edge of the page. These are all informative and current.

As a librarian and women’s studies scholar, I greatly appreciate the research. Preferably, they should be wearing colors of purple, white, and gold, the branded hues of their movement. No other characters or group of characters are described so persistently with the use of their religious, ethnic, or racial names.

Birds of Malaysia – Covering Peninsular Malaysia, Malaysian Borneo and Singapore
