I received this camera as a birthday gift from my parents in May 1981 when we lived in Kuwait and it was incredibly clever, because it enabled me to take two types of photos. We had chosen to wait until we returned to Australia to develop the photos due to the extra weight involved in carrying all of the photos.

Grant and I lived in the family home in 1988 and 1989 when we were working and travelling in Europe whilst they lived in Kuwait, so we are familiar with the area from those days. It is not dissimilar to what we observe in Australia. One of the bridges that he was in charge of still stands, but the power station is now being dismantled!
