On Atheism and Veganism, Part Deux

Animal Person

" On Atheism and Veganism " created what was for the most part a respectful, interesting discussion that brought up a couple of items I'd like to clarify or explore. First off, I began the post with, "For me, atheism and veganism go hand-in-hand." Next I'd like to acknowledge the Norm Phelps article Gingerlks ( thanks!

Trader Joe's Eggs NOT Humane

Critter News

I looked online and all I could find was this article on The Vegetarian Site. Here's what they say about Trader Joe's eggs (definitely does not sound humane to me.) On Betrayal and Abolition

Animal Person

While spending hours in the car I've been thinking about various issues related to sentient nonhumans, animal rights and veganism. I cannot locate the article), and one was a post about abolitionists. And vegans are accused of imposing our belief systems and brainwashing kids? Two links in particular struck me recently.

Steve Best on The Left's Ignorance of Cognitive Ethology

Animal Person

But " Minding the Animals: Ethology and the Obsolescence of Left Humanism " is a great look back at how we humans have managed to always find a way to consider ourselves unique, despite what the reality of the nonhuman world tells us. Here are some of my favorite passages. [S]ince
