With the latest news of finding the virus in a cat, here is an update about the H1N1 virus and how it affects your pets. The American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) and the American Association of Feline Practitioners (AAFP) are reminding pet owners monitor their pets’ health closely. Pet pigs may contract swine flu.

There were some seriously adorable pets in attendance, in addition to many great pet brands and wonderful speakers. Here are just a few of the adorable animals we met. Manny-N-Marcuz of the Enlightened Ferret. They arrived in the Ferret Chariot, and were even more adorable in their tuxedos for the Nose to Nose awards.

The conference was for animal lovers, and it wasn’t just humans present! There were actual animals at the conference too. Dogs, cats, and ferrets, as well as “flat pets” and plush pets that represented real pets that didn’t make the trip. We wanted to say Thank YOU!
