From the American Bird Conservancy : The mayor of Albuquerque and the director of the city’s animal welfare department have been named in a lawsuit alleging that the officials have committed animal cruelty by allowing certain illegal and improper animal management practices to occur related to abandonment of stray cats.

When Is a Dog Unadoptable?

I rejoined my local animal shelter's volunteer program a few months ago (long story as to why I quit in the first place). Very sweet and gentle animal (I have a soft spot for pits.and pugs!) Someone had called in an animal cruelty report. I don't believe that any cat is unadoptable, even feral cats.
